Just a short note to drop here………my 3 tiers wedding cake in apple green!!!! I’m very super duper bz this week and there are many more still pending. The only words I could say….thank u to Mrs. Azleen for the order and for my fans…..TQVM for viewing……i’ll let u know the story behind the scene in the next post………..hohoho….
Alhamdulillah……I’m still given the strength from Allah Al-Mighty to update again after a long silence…..hihihi….And honestly, I really miss my blogging! And the first word I should say is ………i love u mom, my MIL and to all mothers out there……everyday is mother’s day right? YESS! We’re the super great mothers in the world…InsyaAllah! And TQVM to my dearest hubby and both my adorable kids for the surprise gift……mmmmuuuaaaahh! They really2 make my day!
I’m still thankful as Cakestories still blessed with good, supportive, and nice customers so far….and what surprised me, I got a thank u gift from google last few weeks to help me expanding my reach by promoting my blog! March 26th – First order from Kak Leen for her daughter on their family day function at PD…..and alhamdulillah this cake had ‘landed’ safely during their journey with no freeze! – choc moist + ganache + choc flakes
Ermmm…..It’s quite a bz days for me lately! We’re in school holidays mode – enjoying days with celebration, parties, weddings and weekend outings. How many times have you picked up a scent that brings back memories to you? Whether it is the smell freshly baked cookies or cakes, bouquet of lilies, scent really can provoke powerful emotions in us, reminding of a time or experience associated with that scent!
Grown up surrounded by aroma of cakes baking and delicious pastries remind me during all the days with my loving mom, when running a humble home baking business which I thoroughly enjoyed helping out. That’s what happens to both my kids now huh!
Last week project – these colorful mini ‘dinosaur egg muffins’ (named by my son Haziq – what a wonderful eggs! What eggs??? Dinosaurs! hahaha…..) ordered by one of my nice neighbor for her kids school holidays party. We enjoyed the time doing these mini tiny muffins, the only cutest fluffy muffins without butter or margarine needed, no baking, and it’s really a healthy snack for all with tasty flavored filling inside!
Plan for visiting friends or family? Why not surprise them with a box or packets of these assorted mini muffins. They will certainly be appreciated and become the talking point of the evening. It’s worth to try….so, just pick up the phone & dial my numbers!!!

Hari Raya Aidiladha is just around the time when I received this sweet voice, full of hopes called, ordered 100pcs muffins with deco for the next day!! Arrgghhh….can I??? My time is really limited, fully booked with layered cakes orders for Hari Raya and engagement gifts! Yes!! With full strength from Allah and a late sleep at 3, at last all hundreds completely pinkish decorated and packed….TQVM to Mrs. Hazira (SKAMD) for the orders and Alhamdulillah, she really amazed and thankful for the lovely urgent muffins!
Simple in pink deco……so sorry Hazira, this is the best I can do for the urgent orders…hihihi
